摘　　要：目的:构建精神科住院患者护理风险评估指标体系,为临床提供更全面、便捷的评估工具。方法:通过查阅文献及各类风险的相关通用量表,形成精神科住院患者护理风险评估指标体系的初始量表。采用德尔菲法对量表的条目进行评价,利用层次分析法确定各指标的权重分值。结果:经过3轮专家函询,最终构建的精神科住院患者护理风险评估指标体系共包括2个一级指标、7个二级指标和86个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的精神科住院患者护理风险评估指标体系较为科学、全面,为更全面地评估患者风险,提供具有针对性的优质护理服务奠定了坚实的基础。Objective:To construct the nursing risk assessment index system for psychiatric patients,providing a more comprehensive and convenient evaluation tool for clinical practice.Methods:By retrieving the literature and the existing general scales of various risks,a preliminary scale for the risk assessment of psychiatric patients was formed.The Delphi method was used to evaluate the items of the scale,and the analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine the weight score of each index.Results:After three rounds of expert consultation,the final psychiatric nursing risk assessment index system included 2 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 86 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The study constructs the evaluation index system for the nursing risk of psychiatric patients,and obtain the expert consensus.It has laid a solid foundation for a more comprehensive assessment of patient risks and providing targeted high-quality nursing services.
