传代细胞源猪瘟活疫苗与高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征活疫苗GDr180株联合免疫的效果评价

摘　　要：旨在了解猪瘟(CSF)活疫苗(传代细胞源)与高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)活疫苗(GDr180株)同时免疫,是否存在免疫效力相互干扰作用。试验采用肌肉注射与喷鼻两种免疫接种方法,分别单独免疫猪瘟活疫苗(传代细胞源)和HP-PRRSV活疫苗(GDr180株)以及同时免疫这两种疫苗。在免疫前,免疫后14、21、28 d分别采血分离血清并检测相应抗体,对比单独免疫分别接种和同时免疫联合接种两种疫苗,分析其抗体产生期和免疫效果的差异。抗体检测结果显示:两种疫苗通过肌肉注射或喷鼻免疫方法,不论单独接种还是联合接种,免疫后不同时间点的血清抗体阳性率、离散度、平均值,均无显著差异,说明传代细胞源猪瘟活疫苗与HP-PRRSV活疫苗GDr180株同时免疫,免疫效力不会相互干扰。In order to determine whether there was mutual interference in immune efficacy between the classical swine fever(CSF) live vaccine and the highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS) live vaccine GDr180 strain used simultaneously in immunization, two immunization methods, intramuscular injection and intranasal infusion, were used to immunize classical swine fever live vaccine(passage cell as a source) and highly pathogenic PRRS live vaccine(GDr180 strain) separately, and to immunize the two vaccines simultaneously. Blood samples were collected to isolate serum before the vaccination and 14, 21 and 28 days after the immunization. Corresponding antibody production differences with two vaccines separately and simultaneous were analyzed. The antibody detection results of the different groups showed that there was no significant difference in the positive rate, dispersion and mean value at different time points after immunization, whether by intramuscular injection and nasal immunization, or by separate immunization and combined immunization. Regardless of intramuscular injection or intranasal inoculation, when the passage cell source CSF live vaccine was immunized simultaneously with highly pathogenic porcine PRRSlive vaccine strain GDr180, there was no significant difference in the effect between separate vaccinations and the combined vaccination. The immune efficacy of the two vaccines did not interfere with each other.
