摘　　要：肢蹄病是一类常见的危害猪群健康的疾病。肢蹄病导致动物福利下降的同时给养殖企业造成了较大的经济损失。母猪肢蹄病严重影响猪场生产效益,因此备受关注。母猪肢蹄病病因繁多,包括环境因素、营养因素、管理因素、疾病因素和遗传因素等。全面了解母猪肢蹄病的产生因素,同时尽早发现和及时治疗肢蹄病,会大量减少因肢蹄病而淘汰的母猪数量,延长母猪的使用寿命,提高养殖场生产效益。肢蹄病要从管理、饲养、疾病控制等多个方面进行综合防治。本文从肢蹄病带来的影响、病因、诊断和防治等方面进行了综述,以期为母猪肢蹄病的防治提供参考。The foot and limb disease is common in pigs, which results in deteriorated animal welfare and considerable economic losses to breeding enterprises. Due to the impact of the disease on production efficiency, the problem of sows has attracted concern in the industry. There are many factors that cause the foot and limb disease in sows, including environment, nutrition, management, other diseases, genetics and so on. A comprehensive understanding of the causes of the foot and limb disease in sows, and early detection and timely treatment of the disease will reduce the number of sows culled, prolong the life of sows, and improve the production efficiency of the farms. The prevention and treatment of the foot and limb disease should be carried out with integrated efforts from multiple aspects including management, feeding, and disease control. The purpose of this article is to review the impact on, the etiology of, the diagnosis of, and the prevention and treatment of the foot and limb disease in sows, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
