摘 要:以秸秆板作为冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的结构板,可提高轻钢建筑的生态性和宜居性。冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的抗侧力性能和造价严重依赖结构板,因此,需要研究秸秆板对该类组合墙体的抗侧力性能影响。针对冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体现有支撑形式的弱点,提出一种内置交叉拉条秸秆板覆面的冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体技术方案,通过低周往复加载试验与数值分析研究秸秆板和内置拉条对组合墙体抗侧力性能的贡献。研究结果表明,单面秸秆板+内置拉条的墙体抗侧峰值承载力为双面秸秆板墙体性能的71.2%,且该类墙体的抗侧刚度和峰值承载力依次为:双面秸秆板+内置拉条>双面秸秆板>单面秸秆板+内置拉条>单面秸秆板>仅设内置拉条。Using the straw board as the structural board of cold-formed steel walls can improve the ecology and livability of light steel buildings. The lateral force resistance and cost of the composite wall depend heavily on the structural plates;therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of the straw board on the lateral force resistance of this kind of composite wall. A composite wall with built-in cross-bracings and strawboard is proposed to address the vulnerability of the existing support form of cold-formed thin-walled steel wall. Through a low-cycle reversed loading test and numerical analysis,the contribution of the straw board and the incorporated tension bar to the lateral force resistance of the composite wall is explored. The results show that the lateral ultimate bearing capacity of the wall with onesided straw board+built-in bracing is 71.2% of that of the wall with the double-sided straw board;the lateral stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of this type of wall are in the following order:double-sided straw board+built-in bracing>double-sided straw board>one-sided straw board+built-in bracing>one-sided straw board>only with built-in bracing.
