摘  要:以非线性有限元软件Dynaform为平台,对新能源地库车D6176的驾驶室顶盖的冲压成形过程进行数值模拟,通过对比分析车顶盖的最大减薄率、成形不充分面积的占比、前后装配基准的形状误差等质量特征因数的变化规律,同时综合考虑企业的实际生产条件、车顶盖的应用状况、市场情况等诸多因素,最终确定了新能源汽车D6176的驾驶室顶盖的合理冲压成形工艺条件,并进行了生产验证。同时也验证了坯料内外表面摩擦力的差值、制件深度的不均匀性对冲压成形过程中材料流动不均匀性的影响规律。Based on the nonlinear finite element software Dynaform,the stamping process of cab roof for D6176 new energy underground depot vehicle was simulated numerically,and the changing laws of quality characteristic factors such as maximum thinning rate of cab roof,proportion of insufficient forming area,shape error of front and rear assembly benchmarks were analyzed by comparison.At the same time,considering the actual production conditions of enterprise,the application status of cab roof,the market situation and many other factors,the reasonable stamping process conditions of cab roof for D6176 new energy vehicle were finally determined,and the production verification was carried out.Meanwhile,the influence laws of friction difference between inner and outer surfaces of blank and unevenness of part depth on the unevenness of material flow during the stamping process was also verified.
