摘  要:通过有限元仿真模拟加工过程来预测实际加工结果,可避免加工实验材料与能源的浪费,而有限元仿真精度是保证此项工作的前提。针对金属板材单点渐进成形方法,选取1060铝板设计正交实验,对每组参数进行实验加工,并利用Abaqus进行有限元仿真,将仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,详细分析了成形角度、成形深度、层进给量、初始板厚对仿真精度的影响关系,包括深度误差、侧壁角度误差和侧壁厚度误差。结果表明:初始板厚对仿真与实验结果各项误差的影响最为显著,各因素对深度误差的影响顺序为:初始板厚>层进给量>成形角度>成形深度;对侧壁角度误差和侧壁厚度误差的影响顺序为:初始板厚>成形角度>成形深度>层进给量。The waste of processing experiment materials and energy can be avoided by simulating the processing process and predicting the actual processing results through finite element simulation,and the accuracy of finite element simulation is the premise to ensure this work.Therefore,for the single point incremental forming method of metal sheet,the 1060 aluminum sheet was choosed to design the orthogonal experiment,and each group of parameters was processed by experiment.Then,the finite element simulation was carried out by Abaqus,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental results.Furthermore,the influences of forming angle,forming depth,layer feeding amount and initial sheet thickness on the simulation accuracy were analyzed in detail,including depth error,sidewall angle error and sidewall thickness error.The results show that the initial sheet thickness has the most significant influence on the errors between the simulation and experimental results.The order of influence of various factors on the depth error is initial sheet thickness>layer feeding amount>forming angle>forming depth,and the order of influence on the sidewall angle error and the sidewall thickness error is initial sheet thickness>forming angle>forming depth>layer feeding amount.
