摘  要:针对内花键双联齿轮的特殊结构和较大的成形难度,提出了4种成形方案,并通过有限元模拟与分析,对4种成形方案下工件的材料流动、成形机理和特点、缺陷产生的位置和原因等进行了研究,发现方案4的综合效果最好。经过进一步完善,形成最终的工艺方案,该方案成形的齿形充填饱满,成形载荷较小,工序简单且无成形缺陷。基于上述研究,设计了模具结构并制作了验证性试验装置,试验结果表明,坯料的挤压成形效果良好,试验结果与有限元模拟结果基本一致,验证了有限元模拟的准确性,为较小尺寸的双联齿轮类零件的精密塑性成形提供了一定的数据参考和依据。For the special structure of internal spline double gear and its significant forming difficulty,four forming schemes were proposed,and the material flow,the forming mechanism and characteristics,the location and cause of defects of parts were studied by the finite element simulation and analysis in four forming schemes.It was found that scheme 4 had the best comprehensive effect.After further improvement,the final process scheme was formed.The tooth profile formed by this scheme was full,the forming load was small,the process was simple,and there was no forming defect.Based on the above research,the mold structure was designed,and a verification test device was made,which achieved good results in the extrusion forming of billet.The test results are basically consistent with the finite element simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element simulation,and provides a certain data reference and basis for the precision plastic forming of small-sized double gear type parts.
