摘　　要：总结梳理国内外教育培训标准化研究现状及气象标准情况,分析气象干部教育培训标准化存在的不足,提出研究的必要性。根据标准体系构建原则,以近年关于气象干部教育培训的相关政策文件为依据,构建由基础通用标准、气象干部教育培训师资水平、气象干部教育培训水平、气象干部教育培训组织管理、气象干部教育培训学风建设、气象干部教育培训保障、气象干部教育培训质量评估等7个子体系构成的气象干部教育培训标准体系框架,并提出实施对策建议。This paper summarizes the research status of education and training standardization and meteorological standards at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of education and training standardization of meteorological cadres,and puts forward the necessity of research.According to the principles of the standards system construction and the relevant policy documents on the meteorological cadre education and training in recent years,this paper proposes a standards system of meteorological cadre education and training composed of seven sub-systems,including basic general standards,level of meteorological cadre education and training teachers,level of meteorological cadre education and training,organizing and administration of meteorological cadre education and training,study style of meteorological cadre education and training,guarantee of meteorological cadre education and training,quality evaluation of meteorological cadre education and training,and suggestions are put forward.
