摘　　要：2021年12月31日,国家市场监督管理总局和国家标准化管理委员会正式发布了GB/T 41089-2021《基于雷电临近预警的电子系统隔离防雷技术规范》,标准于2022年7月1日开始实施。本标准是为降低电子系统雷击灾害风险损失而制定的,对提升电子系统雷电灾害防御能力具有现实的指导意义。本文介绍了标准制定的背景和意义,对标准的主要内容与技术考虑作了解读,以更好地用于指导电子系统雷电防护工作,推动标准的贯彻落实。SAMR and SAC officially issued the national standard GB/T 41089-2021,Technical specification for isolated lightning protection of electronic system based on lightning nowcasting and warning on December 31,2021which was implemented on July 1,2022.This standard is developed to reduce the risk loss of electronic system lightning disaster,and has practical guiding significance for improving the defense capability of electronic system against lightning disaster.This paper introduces the background and significance of the standard development,and explains the main contents and technical considerations of the standard,so as to better guide the lightning protection work of electronic systems and promote the implementation of the standard.
