摘　　要：ASHRAE是一家在美国和全球暖通行业影响较大的协会,它通过发布战略计划对未来的建筑环境提出了新的倡议领域,通过标准战略计划推动行业标准化发展。其所制定的标准和指南大多数成为美国国家标准,用以指导和规范美国的暖通市场。本文对ASHRAE的成立背景、组织结构、2019-2024战略计划、标准战略计划等做了全面而系统的分析,并对其所开展的标准化工作等做了系统介绍。ASHRAE(American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Airconditioning Engineer) is an association that has a great influence on the HVAC industry in the United States and the world. It proposes new areas of initiatives for the future building environment through the release of strategic plans, and promotes the development of industry standardization through the standards strategic plan. Most of the standards and guidelines formulated by ASHRAE have become American national standards to guide and regulate the American HVAC market. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of ASHRAE’s establishment background, organizational structure, 2019-2024strategic plan, standards strategic plan, etc., and systematically introduces its standardization work.
