醋/涤织物的分散染料一浴法染色工艺研究

摘　　要：针对醋/涤同浴染色时纤维同色性差的问题,选择约克夏公司HSF系列高湿牢度分散染料,研究了染料对醋/涤织物染色同色性的影响因素,确定了最佳染色工艺并对织物进行各项服用色牢度测试。结果表明:60%涤纶+40%醋纤织物在染深色时无色差问题;染色深度1%时,在染液pH为5,浴比1∶10,添加载体,染色温度110℃,保温45/55 min的工艺条件下:醋/涤织物的同色性较好,用HSF系列染料织物具有较好的色牢度,优于常规分散染料。Aiming at the problem of poor fiber homochromaticity in acetate/polyester dyeing in one bath,the HSF series disperse dyes with high wet fastness of Yorkshire company were selected,the factors affecting the dyeing color identity of the dyes on acetate/polyester fabrics were studied,the optimal dyeing process was determined,and various color fastness tests were carried out.The resultsshow that 60%polyester+40%acetate fabric has no color difference when dying dark color.When the dyeing depth is 1%,underthe technological conditions of pH 5,bath ratio 1∶10,carrier added,dyeing temperature 110℃,and holding time 45/55 min,the fabric with HSF series dyes has better color fastness than conventional disperse dyes.
