摘  要:目的了解北京市2021—2022流行季北京市流感流行特征,为科学防控流感提供依据。方法使用北京市2021—2022年二级以上医疗机构流感样病例和流感病原学监测数据,分析流感流行趋势和病原学特征。结果2021—2022流感流行季累计报告流感样病例530829例,流感样病例百分比为1.25%,流感活跃期持续15周。流感样病例中以0~15岁年龄组为主(60.71%),60岁以上人群占比5.90%。共检测流感样病例咽拭子标本18505件,阳性率14.91%,其中乙型Victoria系流感病毒为优势毒株(99.56%)。乙型Victoria系流感病毒中,44例标本为1A.3a2分支,与WHO本年度推荐的疫苗株B/Washington/02/2019为1A.3分支存在一定的进化距离。结论加强对流感等呼吸道传染病的监测预警,适时接种流感疫苗,及时调整疾病防控策略至关重要。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of influenza in Beijing from 2021 to 2022,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of influenza.Methods Weekly case numbers of influenza like illness(ILI)and aetiology surveillance data from level 2 and above hospitals were used to analyze the epidemic trend and pathogenic characteristics of influenza.Results From 2021 to 2022,530829 ILI cases were reported and percentage of ILI was 1.25%.The influenza active period lasted for 15 weeks.The mainly group of ILI was 0-15 year old group(60.71%),and the proportion of people over 60 years old was 5.9%.The pharyngeal swab samples from 18505 ILI cases were tested and the positive rate was 14.91%.The dominate influenza virus subtype was influenza virus B Victoria lineage(99.56%).Among the influenza virus B Victoria lineage,44 specimens were in 1a.3a2 branch,showing a certain evolutionary distance to the vaccine strain B/Washington/02/2019 recommended by WHO this year.Conclusions Enhanced surveillance and early warning of influenza and other respiratory infectious diseases,timely vaccination against influenza and adjusting disease prevention and control strategies would be essential.
