摘　　要：脊柱侧凸是常见的脊柱畸形, 常合并不同程度胸廓畸形, 是影响隆乳术后效果的重要因素之一。该文通过总结近年来国内外关于合并脊柱侧凸患者隆乳术报道, 系统梳理了脊柱侧凸对胸廓及乳房形态的影响, 重点探讨了脊柱侧凸常见评价指标在其中的价值。在此基础上详细阐述了现有研究中对合并脊柱侧凸患者的术前评估及手术细节, 为临床实践和后续研究提供参考。By summarizing relevant reports on breast augmentation in patients with scoliosis in recent years,this paper systematically reviewed the influence of scoliosis on thoracic and breast morphology,with emphasis on exploring the role of common reported indicators of scoliosis with breast and thoracic morphology.Furthermore,the preoperative evaluation and surgical details for those patients were elucidated.The review provides a reference for clinical practice and subsequent research.
