不同基质配比、激素种类及质量浓度组合对拧筋槭嫩枝扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：以红石林业局国家林木良种基地初选的拧筋槭优树嫩枝为扦插试验材料,采用完全随机处理,分析了不同基质配比、外源激素种类和质量浓度对拧筋槭扦插繁殖生根的影响,并筛选出最佳组合。结果表明:适宜的嫩枝扦插基质为河沙25%+珍珠岩25%+蛭石50%,外源激素为ABT-1,质量浓度200~600 mg·L^(-1)。前3个最佳处理组合为A1B3C2(基质为河沙25%+珍珠岩25%+蛭石50%、激素为IBA+1/2 NAA,质量浓度为400 mg·L^(-1))、A1B4C1(基质为河沙25%+珍珠岩25%+蛭石50%、激素为ABT-1,质量浓度为200 mg·L^(-1))、A1B4C3(基质为河沙25%+珍珠岩25%+蛭石50%、激素为ABT-1,质量浓度为600 mg·L^(-1)),其生根数量、平均根长、平均根粗和生根率分别为81.15条、47.07条、57.07条,60.84 mm、106.23 mm、69.33 mm,0.72 mm、0.74 mm、0.65 mm和80.00%、93.00%、86.67%。In this study,the superior Acer triflorum trees in the National Forest Variety Base of Hongshi Forestry Bureau were selected as test materials for softwood cutting.The effects of different substrate ratios,exogenous hormone types and concentrations on the rooting by cutting were analyzed with completely random treatment,and the best combination was selected.The results showed that the suitable substrate for softwood cutting was river sand 25%+perlite 25%+vermiculite 50%,the suitable exogenous hormone was ABT-1 with the concentration of 200-600 mg·L^(-1).The top three treatment combinations were A1B3C2(substrate was river sand 25%+perlite 25%+vermiculite 50%,hormone was IBA+1/2 NAA with the concentration of 400 mg·L^(-1)),A1B4C1(substrate was river sand 25%+perlite 25%+vermiculite 50%,hormone was ABT-1 with the concentration of 200 mg·L^(-1)),and A1B4C3(substrate was river sand 25%+perlite 25%+vermiculite 50%,hormone was ABT-1 with the concentration of 600 mg·L^(-1)).The rooting number were 81.15,47.07 and 57.07,respectively.The average root length were 60.84 mm,106.23 mm and 69.33 mm,respectively.The average root diameter were 0.72 mm,0.74 mm and 0.65 mm,respectively.The rooting rate were 80.00%,93.00%and 86.67%,respectively.
