摘 要:为提高舰艇编防空体系作战能力评估的准确性,从态势感知能力、指挥通信能力、火力打击能力和综合保障能力四个方面设计舰艇编队防空体系作战能力评估指标体系,并构建舰艇编队防空体系作战能力评估的物元可拓模型。采用网络层次分析法(ANP)处理专家倾向意见,借助超级决策软件Super Decision计算评价指标权重,以提高指标赋权的合理性。最后通过实例分析验证了评估模型的有效性和可行性。In order to evaluate the combat capability of naval fleet air defense system more accurately,the evaluation index system is designed from four aspects,which are situational awareness,command and communication capability,fire strike capability and comprehensive support capability,and a matter-element analysis model for evaluating the combat capability of air defense systems is built. The analytic network hierarchy process(ANP)is used to deal with the opinions of experts,and the evaluation index weight is calculated with the help of the Super Decision to improve the rationality of the index weighting. Finally,the validity and feasibility of the evaluation model are verified by example analysis.
