摘  要:心肌梗塞(MI)是一种普遍存在且危及生命的心血管疾病。心肌缺血/再灌注(MI/R)损伤对心肌梗塞患者的预后有很大影响。最近,有人发现小泛素样修饰(SUMO)蛋白可以形成一种新的蛋白质翻译后修饰(PTM),称为苏木化,在MI/R损伤中发挥显著作用。此外,已发现几种可以被苏木化的靶蛋白会干扰MI/R损伤的不同机制,在MI/R损伤中具有保护作用。因此,更好地理解苏木化在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及机制,有利于开发更有效的治疗心血管疾病的靶向药物。Myocardial infarction(MI)is a common and life-threatening cardiovascular disease.Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MI/R)injury has a great impact on the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction.Recently,it was found that small ubiquitin-like modified(SUMO)proteins can form a novel post-translational modification(PTM)of proteins,and the process was called SUMOylation,which plays a significant role in MI/R damage.In addition,several target proteins that can be SUMOylated have been found to interfere with different mechanisms of MI/R damage and play a protective role in MI/R damage.Therefore,a better understanding of the role and mechanism of SUMOylation in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is conducive to the development of more effective targeted drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
