管理信息系统有效提高图书档案管理的策略

摘　　要：互联网时代信息技术在各行、各业都有广泛的应用,对经济发展和社会进步产生重要推动力。对图书档案管理工作而言,利用大数据技术、互联网信息设备创建管理信息系统,对管理效率提升和服务质量优化有积极意义。管理信息系统在有效管理档案资料安全、可靠的同时,为用户提供的图书查阅和信息收集工作将得到明显改善,能确保图书资料信息的完整性、推动图书馆长足建设和发展。基于此,分析当前图书档案管理工作信息化程度的需求,并阐述管理信息系统应用后的重要价值,提出相应的应用策略,以为部分图书档案工作提供重要借鉴。In Internet era,information technology is used widely in all walks of life,and has produced an important thrust for economic development and social progress.For the management of books and archives,the use of big data technology and Internet information equipment to create a management information system is of positive significance to improve the optimization of management efficiency and service quality.While the management information system manages effectively the secure and reliable archives,the book access and information collection work provided for users will be improved significantly,which can ensure the integrity of books and data information to promote the long-term construction and development of the library.Based on this,this paper analyzes the needs of information degree of current book archives management,expounds the important value of management information system after application,and puts forward the corresponding application strategies,so as to provide important reference for some books and archives.
