摘　　要：学生体质测试的基本信息收集工作是体测正常进行的基础,为能迅速完成学生基本信息的收集和整理工作,在网上身份证号提取有关人员基本信息的例子的启发下,借助Access查询功能,笔者利用班级学号和身份证编码的提供的信息,使用函数提取有关字符,结合表达式,单表查询和多表查询和追加查询快速生成较为准确的体质测试基本信息。Using Access to generate basic information for students’basic information in physical fitness test,the basic information collection work is carried out normally.The Access can be used to extract and collect information from students.The author is using the function of class query and ID number encoding to inspire the relevant information.Combined with expression,single table query,multi table query and additional query can generate quickly more accurate basic information of physical fitness test.
