摘　　要：针对时间敏感目标打击作战体系构建问题,阐述一种基于杀伤链视角的时间敏感目标分类方式,提出时间敏感目标的优势打击窗口概念,给出一种杀伤链闭环评价准则,设计了一种基于作战场景的杀伤链设计方法,以俄乌冲突中订单式打击杀伤链构建为案例,说明了上述方法的关键环节和设计流程.Aiming at the construction problems of time sensitive target attack operational system,a time sensitive target classification method based on the perspective of kill chain is expounded.The concept of strike windows of superiority for time-sensitive targets is put forward,a kill chain closed-loop valuation criterion is proposed,and a kill chain design method based on operational scenarios is designed.The construction of order-type strike kill chain in Russia-Ukraine conflict is taken as an example,and the key links and design process of the above methods are explained.
