摘　　要：激烈的市场竞争日益加剧,能源企业的燃油管理水平和燃油成本的高低直接影响企业的经济效益和生存发展,为了实现管理优化和利润提升的发展目标,有必要开发一套满足原有需求的管理系统。SAP系统可以管理企业整个生命周期中采用的管理信息系统的物流、资金流和信息流。文章以A能源企业SAP系统的实施为例,对A能源企业SAP系统应用过程中的问题展开分析,最后提出针对性建议,以期为A能源企业SAP系统应用提供参考借鉴。The fierce market competition is increasingly intensifying. The fuel management level and fuel cost of energy companies directly affect the economic benefits and survival and development of the company. In order to achieve the development goals of management optimization and profit improvement, it is necessary to develop a set of Requirements management system. The SAP system can manage the logistics, capital flow and information flow of the management information system used in the whole life cycle of the enterprise. This paper takes the implementation of the SAP system of energy enterprise A as an example, analyzes the problems in the application process of the SAP system of energy enterprise A, and finally puts forward specific suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the application of the SAP system of energy enterprise A.
