摘  要:文章主要介绍了中建安装集团有限公司(简称“我司”)某碳三产业一期工程丙烷脱氢项目施工总承包在冬季施工反应框架钢混结构过程中,因冬季施工中混凝土养护周期长,经多种方案比选后,采用电伴热的方式,对混凝土结构表面缠绕电伴热带,辅以棉被包裹的方式,并按时进行现场测温,阶段性回弹混凝土强度。采用电伴热措施后,现浇混凝土未出现受冻开裂等质量问题。同时,极大地缩短了工期,为后续安装工程的实施节省了时间,减少了成本支出。This paper mainly introduces that during the construction of reaction frame steel-concrete structure in winter by the general contractor of propane dehydrogenation project of a phase I project ofChina Construction Installation Group Co., Ltd., because the concrete curing period is long in winter construction, after comparison and selection of various schemes, by means of electric heat tracing, the surface of the concrete structure is wound with electric heat tracing tape, supplemented by quilt wrapping, and conduct onsite temperature measurement on time, concrete strength of staged rebound. After the electric heat tracing measures are adopted, the cast-in-situ concrete does not suffer from quality problems such as freezing and cracking. Meanwhile, the construction period is greatly shortened, which saves time and reduces cost for the implementation of subsequent installation works.
