摘  要:随着社会经济的飞速发展和城镇化进程的不断推进,我国铁路建设规模进一步扩大,铁路货车轴承智能组装系统作为铁路货车系统运行过程中的重要设备组成,对其关键技术的优化成为越来越多道路专家的研究重点。在此背景下,文章分析了铁路货车轴承智能组装系统的技术背景,探讨了现阶段国内外关于铁路货车轴承智能组装系统研究的相关内容,并提出一种新型铁路货车轴承智能组装系统的设计方案。实际应用证明,较传统组装技术而言,该系统的作效率有显著提升,值得大范围应用与推广。With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization, the scale of railway construction in China is further expanded. As an important equipment component in the operation of railway freight car system, the optimization of its key technology has become the research focus of more and more road experts. In this context, this paper analyzes the technical background of the railway freight car bearing intelligent assembly system, analyzes the relevant contents of the research on the railway freight car bearing intelligent assembly system at home and abroad at this stage, and puts forward a design scheme of a new railway freight car bearing intelligent assembly system. The practical application shows that the efficiency of the system is significantly improved compared with the traditional assembly technology, which is worthy of wide application and promotion.
