摘　　要：铁路货车承载鞍分解设备主要由工业机器人、机器人防护网、承载鞍分解辅助工装、承载鞍存放车(或承载鞍输送线)等转运工装设备及控制系统组成。设备安装在悬挂式转向架检修流水线承载鞍分解工位,与悬挂式转向架检修流水线上检修机械手相配合,在联合运行模式下,检修机械手把构架输送到承载鞍分解工位后,承载鞍分解辅助工装根据检修机械手吊挂构架在上线工位所选择转向架类型自动完成位置调整,并准备承载鞍分解。文章详细阐述了铁路货车承载鞍自动分解设备的技术参数、设备组成和运行状况。The load saddle decomposing equipment of railway freight cars is mainly composed of industrial robots, robot protective nets, load saddle decomposing auxiliary tooling, load saddle storage car(or load saddle conveying line) and other transfer tooling equipment and control system. Equipment installed in the hanging bearing saddle bogie maintenance line breakdown location, and suspension type bogie equipment assembly line overhaul mechanical hand to cooperate, in a joint operation mode, the maintenance manipulator after the breakdown structure to the bearing saddle workstation, load-bearing saddle decomposition according to overhaul the assistant tools manipulator hanging frame bogie type in online location choice position adjustment is done automatically, And prepare the bearing saddle to decompose. This paper describes in detail the technical parameters, equipment composition and running status of automatic saddle decomposing equipment for railway freight cars.
