摘　　要：在轨道车辆制造中,合理地利用ERP系统,安排主生产计划,下达生产订单,确保物料的可用性,保证生产均衡、持续进行,建立智能化工厂,按时高效地交付车辆具有非常重要的意义。文章针对ERP系统在轨道车辆工艺MBOM中的应用,详细阐述如何利用SAP系统提高生产率。In the manufacture of railway vehicle, apply the ERP system responsibly, arrange the MPS, release the production order, insure the material available, insure the production flow, build the intelligent factory, hand over the train in time;it is important. Aiming at the application of ERP system in rail vehicle process MBOM, this paper elaborates how to use SAP system to improve productivity.
