基于第三代头孢菌素药动学相关研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的梳理Web of Science数据库中关于第三代头孢菌素药动学(Pharmacokinetics,PK)研究,通过文献计量学和可视化分析方法,评价该领域的研究方向、研究热点以及发展趋势,为今后研究提供经验和借鉴。方法使用Web of Science数据库进行检索,检索式为“Theme=("Third-Generation Cephalosporin"OR Cefoperazone)OR (Ceftazidime)OR (Cefixime)OR (Cefodizime)OR (Ceftriaxone)OR (Cefotaxime)AND(pharmacokinetics OR PK OR"Population pharmacokinetics")”,检索时间为2009-2020年。利用VOS-viewer软件进行合著分析(作者、机构、国家)、共现分析和共引分析;通过GraphPadPrism 8软件进行第三代头孢菌素药动学研究的趋势分析。结果对纳入的818篇文献进行可视化分析,结果显示发文量呈现逐年上涨趋势,其中发文量最多的国家是美国(288篇,35.21%),最多的期刊是ANTIMICROB AGENTS CH(113篇,13.81%),最多的机构是UNIV QUEENSLAND(45篇,5.501%),最多的作者是Roberts J A(43篇,5.26%);通过对出现频次不少于10次的160个关键词进行聚类分析,第三代头孢菌素药动学的研究方向主要集中在“患者人群及给药方法”、“药动学实验方法”、“耐药性”和“药物治疗”,研究热点集中在新型β-内酰胺酶抑制剂。通过对具有高引频次的49篇引文分析,近几年被引用最高的主题是关于头孢他啶/阿维巴坦的上市后评价。结论第三代头孢菌素药动学近年来研究热度整体呈升温趋势,并且新型β-内酰胺酶抑制剂与第三代头孢菌素组成的复合制剂药动学和药效学研究是今后的研究方向和热点。Objective The research on pharmacokinetics of the third-generation cephalosporis in Web of Science database was reviewed,and the research direction,hot topics and general trends in this field were evaluated through bibliometric and visualized analysis methods,so as to provide experience and reference for future research.Methods Publications related to the studies of pharmacokinetics of the third-generation cephalosporins from 2009 to 2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science database.The search format was"Theme=("Third-Generation Cephalosporin"OR Cefoperazone)OR (Ceftazidime)OR (Cefixime)OR (Cefodizime)OR (Ceftriaxone)OR (Cefotaxime)AND(pharmacokinetics OR PK OR"Population pharmacokinetics")".For visualized study,co-authorship analysis,co-citation analysis,co-occurrence analysis,and the analysis of publication trends in pharmacokinetics of the thirdgeneration cephalosporins research were conducted by VOS-viewer and GraphPadPrism 8 software.Results The visualization analysis of 818 included literatures shows that the number of published papers is increasing year by year.The country with the most published papers is the United States(288 articles,35.208%),the journal with the most published papers is Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy(113 articles,13.81%),and the institution with the most published papers is University of Queensland(45 articles,5.501%),and the most frequent author is Roberts,JA(43 articles,5.257%).Through the clustering analysis for 160 keywords with occurrence frequency of not less than 10 times,the pharmacokinetic research direction of the three generations of cephalosporins are mainly concentrated in the patient population and dosing method,"pharmacokinetic experiment method","resistance"and"Drug therapy",and the research focuses on the new beta lactamase inhibitor.Based on the analysis of 49 citations with high citation frequency,the most cited topic in recent years is the post-marketing evaluation of ceftazidime-avibatan.Conclusion In recent years,the research on pharmacokinetics of third
