摘 要:以红花石蒜(Lycoris radiate(L’Her.) Herb.)为试材,采用石蜡切片显微观测和Image-Pro Plus软件进行综合分析的方法,研究了红花石蒜鳞茎内淀粉粒的时空分布对其生长发育的影响,以期为进一步明确石蒜鳞茎的“源-库”转换规律及其休眠机制提供参考依据。结果表明:鳞茎内不同部位淀粉粒的分布密度存在明显差异,总体表现为中层鳞片>内层鳞片>鳞茎盘>外层鳞片;而在相同的鳞片中,淀粉粒的分布密度由外侧向内侧逐渐变小。在年生长发育过程中,鳞茎盘内的淀粉粒数量与粒径大小的变化不显著;鳞片内的淀粉粒数量总体呈“先降后升”趋势,淀粉粒的面积和粒径则表现出相反趋势。在6个不同发育时期,鳞茎盘内淀粉粒的平均面积和粒径均显著小于鳞片。这说明红花石蒜地上部的生长发育与地下鳞茎内的淀粉粒属性变化有一定关联。总体表现为营养生长与鳞片内淀粉粒的数量积累呈正相关,而生殖生长与淀粉粒的大小变化呈正相关。即盛花期鳞茎主要发挥“源”的功能,而在叶生长期鳞茎主要发挥“库”的功能。Lycoris radiata was used as the experimental material,and the paraffin section microscopic observation method and Image-Pro Plus statistical software were used for comprehensive analysis in this study.The effects of the temporal and spatial distribution of starch grains in Lycoris radiata bulb on its growth and development were studied,in order to provide reference for further clarifying the’Source-Sink’ conversion law and dormancy mechanism of Lycoris radiata bulbs.The results showed that there were significant differences in the distribution density of starch grains in different parts of the bulb,and the overall pattern was middle scale>inner scale>bulb disc>outer scale.In the same scale,the distribution density of starch grains decreased gradually from the outside to the inside.In the process of annual growth and development,the number of starch granules in the scale decreased first and then increased,while the area and particle size of starch granules showed the opposite trend.The number and particle size of starch granules in bulb plate not change significantly.At six different developmental stages,the average size and area of starch granules in bulblets was significantly smaller than those in scales.This indicated that the above-ground growth and development of Lycoris radiata was related to the changes of starch granules in underground bulbs.The growth and development of Lycoris radiata was a process of energy consumption,and its energy supply was related to the attribute change of underground bulb starch granules.Nutrient growth was positively correlated with the accumulation of starch granules in scales,while reproductive growth was positively correlated with the size of starch granules.That was to say,that bulbs mainly play the function of ’Source’ in full bloom stage,while bulbs mainly play the function of ’Sink’ in leaf growth stage.
