摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。在创新、发展的命题下,崂山区在尝试新发展的过程中收获硕果。而今,一座座商业楼宇拔地而起、一家家银行扎堆布局、基金机构的纷纷落户,作为全国唯一一个以“财富管理”为主体的金改试验区,金家岭金融区所承载的,不仅是金融科技的未来,更有一座城市的未来。It was pointed out in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress that high-quality development is the top priority of building a modern socialist country in all respects.In terms of innovation and development,Laoshan District has reaped fruitful results in the process ofseeking newdevelopment.Today,in Jinjialing Financial District,commercial buildings have sprung up,various banks have established their presence,and trust institutions have settled here one after another.
