摘　　要：天赐济南,山水之城,间以名泉。天佑济南,文脉千年,厚重流光。济南的美是多维的,如荷似柳像泉,娇艳婀娜,有声有相,如花似诗。济南的味道是多重的,用方言形其容,可谓有看头儿、吃头儿、玩头儿、写头儿、品头儿、咂摸头儿……林林总总,头头可道,头头是道。本期《头头是道话济南》连载就来说一说济南的味道。作者为中国实学研究会会员,济南市作家协会会员,钟情济南文化的本土作家张智辉。The documentary television series "A Bite of China",narrated by Li Lihong,tells that we are entitled to enjoy life with the idyllc scenery,seasonal flavors,and clean foods.That's the charm ol delicacy.In Jjinan-"the city of springs","Chi Tou Er"is slang for"gourmet food"in the local dialect,which would arouse a twinge of homesickness.When talking about the foods,the atmosphere is zesty.
