摘 要:气垫船船体起吊主要通过起吊眼板来实现,眼板结构直接关系到船体建造与运输过程中的可靠性与安全性。起吊过程中,销轴与眼板之间属于接触问题,是一种典型的边界条件非线性问题,为了研究其结构受力情况,本文讨论了多种对眼板强度校核的理论计算方法,并以加敷板的C型铝合金眼板为例用LS-DYNA有限元软件对起吊接触问题进行了模拟仿真,在考虑销轴是否变形2种情况下,分析校核了不同起吊速度下眼板结构强度,并对仿真结果进行了对比分析。同时考虑材料的非线性,采用塑性极限方法对眼板的进行极限载荷分析,得到眼板塑性极限承载能力,并定义得到极限载荷系数,以保证眼板使用的安全可靠性。上述研究可以为该形式下铝合金起吊眼板的实际应用提供切实可行的理论指导性意见。The lifting of the hovercraft is mainly achieved by lifting eye plate and the structure of the eye plate is directly related to the reliability and safety of the hull during the construction and transportation.In the hoisting process,the contact between the pin shaft and the eye plate belongs to the contact problem,which is a typical nonlinear boundary condition problem.In order to study the structural stress,this paper discusses various theoretical calculation methods to check the strength of the eye plate,and simulates the lifting contact problem with LS-DYNA finite element software by taking the C-type aluminum alloy eye plate with a dressing plate as an example.Considering whether the pin shaft is deformed or not,the structural strength of eye plate under different lifting speeds is analyzed and checked,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.At the same time,considering the nonlinearity of the material,the plastic limit method is used to perform the ultimate load analysis of the eye plate,and the eye plastic limit load carrying capacity is obtained to ensure the safety and reliability of the eye plate.The above study can provide practical theoretical guidance for the practical application of aluminum alloy lifting eye plates.
