摘 要:本文通过工程实例对城市道路沥青路面装配式基层结构进行计算,选用水稳碎石、级配碎石和石灰土三种不同材料作为底基层,经数据分析可知:计算弯沉对应模量变化并取平均值分别乘以系数K(水稳碎石的系数K为0.408、级配碎石的系数K为0.426、石灰土的系数K为0.614)可得到实测弯沉值,模量区间范围对实际弯沉值影响范围分别为±11.6%,±9.8%,±6.2%;推荐使用水稳碎石作为装配式基层的底基层材料;交通等级低的道路可以减薄沥青面层结构为单层厚度。In this paper,the prefabricated base structure of asphalt pavement of urban road is calculated by engineering examples,three different materials,water-stabilized crushed stone,graded gravel stone and lime soil,are selected as the subbase,according to data analysis,the measured deflection value can be obtained by calculating the change of modulus corresponding to bending and multiplying the deflection value by the coefficient K(the coefficient K of water stabilized gravel is 0.408,the coefficient K of graded gravel is 0.426 and the coefficient K of lime soil is 0.614),the influence range of modulus range on actual deflection value is±11.6%,±9.8%and±6.2%,and it is recommended to use water stabilized gravel as the base material of assembled base,and roads with low traffic grade can be thinned to a single layer of asphalt surface structure.
