摘 要:为增强桥梁伸缩缝的承压能力,降低裂缝的延伸速度,提升整体的修复效果,逐渐扩大整体的修复范围,对公路桥梁伸缩缝混凝土修复施工技术进行分析研究。首先简述工程概况,采用混凝土修复技术进行施工,完成单层混凝土伸缩缝浇注槽预设、清缝和植筋处理,最后构建伸缩缝梯度结构实现修复。结果表明:伸缩缝宽度越大,对应的徐变系数越高,道路桥梁的伸缩缝的实际承压能力会更强,对于外力的分摊也会更加均匀,可以将对桥体的损坏程度降至最低,有利于延长道路桥梁的使用寿命。因此该技术具有实际的应用价值。In order to enhance the bearing capacity of bridge expansion joints,reduce the extension speed of cracks,improve the overall repair effect,and gradually expand the overall repair scope,the construction technology of highway bridge expansion joint concrete repair is analyzed and studied.First of all,the general situation of the project is briefly described,and the concrete repair technology is adopted for the construction,the preset of the single-layer concrete expansion joint pouring groove,the joint cleaning and the reinforcement planting treatment are completed,and finally,the gradient structure of the expansion joint is constructed to realize the repair.The results show that the larger the width of the expansion joint,the higher the corresponding creep coefficient,the stronger the actual bearing capacity of the expansion joint of the road bridge,and the more uniform the distribution of the external force,which can minimize the damage to the bridge body and is conducive to extending the service life of the road bridge.Therefore,this technology has practical application value.
