摘  要:在“双碳”目标驱动下,我国新能源将更加快速发展,系统调峰能力日益紧张,对调峰电源需求加快增长。光热电站作为自带储热型新能源电站,其调峰能力的发挥对于促进新能源消纳意义深远,光热电站储热容量和聚光集热配置需充分考虑系统调峰需求。首先基于新能源特性参数、消纳目标和实际调度运行经验改进了传统的净负荷曲线,提出了等效日最小负荷率及等效日负荷率等系统调峰需求衡量指标,然后以此为基础从系统整体角度对光热电站的调峰能力进行规划研究,并提出一种光热电站主要技术参数配置方法,最后以西北某省区实际电网的仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性。研究结论可为电力系统调峰能力评估和光热电站工程优化设计提供参考。Driven by the dual carbon target,China’s new energy will develop more rapidly with the tenser system peak shaving capacity and the more accelerating demand for the peak shaving power supply.As a self-contained heat storage new energy power station,the exertion of the peak shaving capacity of a solar thermal power station is of far-reaching significance for promoting new energy consumption.Therefore,the system peak shaving demand of the system should be fully considered for the heat storage capacity and the concentrated heat collection configuration of the solar thermal power station.Firstly,based on the characteristic parameters of the new energy,the consumption objectives and the actual dispatching operation experience,this paper improves the traditional net load curve and puts forward the measurement indexes of the system peak shaving demands such as the equivalent minimum load rate and the equivalent daily load rate.Then,the peak shaving capacity of the solar thermal power station is planned and studied from the perspective of the whole system and a configuration of the main technical parameters of the solar thermal power station is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified by a simulation example of an actual power grid in Northwest China.The research conclusion will provide a reference for the evaluation of peak shaving capacity of the power system and the optimal design of the solar thermal power station project.
