摘  要:随着分布式资源在配电网中渗透率不断提高,如何实现分布式资源的本地利用显得尤为重要。此外,产消者数目逐渐增多,区域内和多个区域间的能源共享是充分利用负荷侧资源的有效方式。考虑到现有多区域共享机制的不足及产消者在多区域能源共享中的复杂行为,提出了一种基于双层演化博弈的多区域点对点能源共享机制。首先,利用Newman快速算法将配电网划分为多个区域,并提出了一种改进的基于供需比的区域价格机制。接着,基于买卖双方的演化博弈模型,构建了多区域点对点能源共享机制,以实现多区域产消者间的能源共享。配网运营商利用跨区交易费用和基于节点电价的价格调控信号对能源共享进行管理,从而更好地实现多个区域的供需平衡。最后,在IEEE33节点系统中进行了算例分析,验证了所提机制的有效性。With the increasing penetration of distributed energy resources(DERs) in a distribution system, it seems particularly important how to realize the local utilization of DERs. Besides, with the increase of the number of prosumers,the intra-region and inter-region energy sharing becomes an effective way to make full use of the demand-side resources.Considering the inadequacy of the existing multi-region sharing mechanisms and the complex behaviors of the prosumers in the multi-region energy sharing, this paper proposes a multi-region peer-to-peer(P2P) energy sharing mechanism based on a two-stage evolutionary game model.First, we divide the distribution system into multiple regions based on the Newman fast method and propose an improved regional price mechanism based on the supply-demand ratio.Then, on the basis of the buyers’ and sellers’ evolutionary game model, a multi-regional P2P energy sharing mechanism is established to realize the energy sharing among the prosumers in the multiple regions. The distribution system operator(DSO)manage the energy sharing to balance better the supply and demand in the multiple regions through the price regulation signals that include the cross-region transaction fees and the equivalent regional prices. Finally, the case study is carried out in the IEEE 33-bus system, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism.
