摘  要:半桥式模块化多电平变流器(half-bridgemodular multilevel converter,HB-MMC)直流侧电容电压分散于数百个子模块,动态交互复杂,电容电压均衡是MMC稳定运行的关键前提,快速、可靠且易于实现的MMC电容电压均衡策略一直是工程界和学术界的研究热点。本文梳理了近年来国内外的研究成果,梳理了基于子模块电容电压采样和无需子模块电容电压采样两大类及其细分的均压策略,并归纳了特殊工况下子模块电容电压均衡控制方法;最后,综合对比各类电容电压均衡策略的特点,并探讨未来MMC电容电压均衡策略的研究趋势,展望其应用前景,以期为MMC在不同电压等级下的安全稳定运行提供有价值的参考。The DC capacitor voltage of the half-bridge modular multilevel converter(HB-MMC)is distributed in hundreds of submodules,resulting in complex dynamic interaction.The capacitor voltage balance is the key premise for the stable operation of MMC.A fast,reliable and practical MMC capacitor voltage balancing strategy is always the hotspot of engineering and academic research.In this paper,the research progress in recent years is summarized,the voltage balancing strategies with and without the submodule capacitance voltage sampling are reviewed,and the balancing control strategies under special conditions are induced.Finally,the voltage balancing characteristics of the methods above are compared,the future development trend of the MMC capacitor voltage balancing strategies is discussed,and their application prospect is looked forward to,providing a valuable reference for the safe and stable operation of MMC at different voltage levels.
