摘 要:随着海上风电的迅速发展,传统柱型空心电抗器磁场呈开放式、不利于海上换流站紧凑化设计的弊端日益凸显。环型空心电抗器可将大部分磁场约束在线圈内部,可以显著减小实际占用空间。该文研制了一台环型空心电抗器样机,建立了其宽频等效电路模型,提取了电感和电容等电路参数,测量并计算了该样机在1.2/50μs低压雷电冲击电压作用下的瞬态电压分布,验证了模型有效性。分析结果表明,节点对地电压和饼间电压均存在振荡。以首端电压峰值为基准值,末端浮地时,节点对地电压自始端至末端逐渐升高,最大电压为1.765 pu;末端接地时,节点对地电压自始端至末端逐渐下降到零。末端接地时的整体饼间电压水平高于末端浮地情况,二者均呈现中间低、两端高的分布趋势,饼间电压最大值发生在末端接地时第1个线饼两端,为0.109 pu,该线饼最大匝间电压发生在第5、6匝之间,为7.88×10^(-3)pu。最后讨论了结构参数对瞬态电压最大值的影响,提出提升绝缘性能的措施。With the rapid development of the offshore wind power, the traditional columnar air-core reactors increasingly present their prominent disadvantages. Because of the open magnetic fields of the reactors, they are not conducive to the compact design of the offshore converter station. The toroidal air-core reactors can effectively reduce the actual space occupation by restricting most of the magnetic field inside the coils. In this paper, a toroidal air-core reactor prototype is developed, its wideband equivalent circuit model is established, and the circuit parameters such as the inductance and capacitance are extracted. The transient voltage distribution of the prototype under the action of 1.2/50 μs low lightning voltage is measured and calculated and the validity of the model is verified. The results of analysis indicate that both the node-ground voltages and the voltages between coils oscillate. Take the peak value of the head voltage as the reference value. When the end is floating, the node-ground voltages increase gradually from the head to the end and the max voltage is 1.765 pu When the end is grounded, the overall level of voltages between coils is higher than that when the end is floating, and both of them show a tendency of being low in the middle and high at the both ends. The max voltage between coils occurs at both ends of the first coil when the end is grounded, which is 0.109 pu The max interturn voltage of the first coil occurs between turns 5 and 6, which is 7.88×10^(-3)pu Finally, the influence of the structural parameters on the maximum transient voltage is discussed, and the measures to improve the insulation performance are proposed.
