摘  要:目的探讨手术护理信息管理系统应用在护理资源优化中的效果。方法将2019年1—12月(未应用信息管理系统)和2020年1—12月(应用信息管理系统)年度作为评价范围,将新护士作为考核人员开展考核成绩对比分析。与此同时,对手术室护士针对应用信息管理系统前后的资源管理满意程度进行调查,随机选择中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第910医院麻醉科20名护理人员开展研究工作。从考核、激励、分配、人员培训等方面出发开展信息化建设工作,对手术室人事管理系统进行设计,通过工作人员信息考核管理、培训管理、薪酬管理以及绩效考核几个模块的运用对手术室资源管理进行优化,比对信息化系统应用前后工作质量。结果应用护理信息管理系统之后,新护士考核成绩得到提升,且满意程度存在显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理人力资源管理过程中,应用信息化管理系统能够发挥人力资源的作用,避免资源浪费,使手术室护理人员专业素养得到提升。Objective To explore the effect of the application of surgical nursing information management system in the optimization of nursing resources.Methods The years from January to December 2019(without applying the information management system)and from January to December 2020(applying the information management system)were taken as the evaluation scope,and the assessment results of new nurses were compared and analyzed as assessors.At the same time,the satisfaction of the operating room nurses with the resource management before and after the application of the information management system was investigated,and 20 nurses from the anesthesia department of the 910th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force of PLA were randomly selected for research.The information construction was carried out from the aspects of assessment,incentive,distribution and personnel training.The operating room personnel management system was designed.The operating room resource management was optimized through the use of several modules,including staff information assessment management,training management,salary management and performance evaluation,and the work quality before and after the application of the information system was compared.Results After the application of the nursing information management system,the examination results of new nurses were improved,and there was a significant advantage in satisfaction,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing human resources management in the operating room,the application of information management system can play the role of human resources,avoid resource waste,and improve the professional quality of operating room nurses.
