改良电子交班报告在专科疾病护理示范病区的实施与效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式电子护理交班报告在专科疾病护理示范化病区的应用效果。方法2022年2—3月,根据等级医院评审要求,结合科室实际,在原纸质版交班报告的基础上,设计电子版交班报告,并从交班内容、形式、书写人员方面进行改良。统计改良前后护士交班报告书写平均用时、书写错误涂改发生率、交班缺陷率、责任护士对患者病情知晓率、护士对交班报告设计及使用满意度。结果改良后护士交班报告书写平均用时较前显著缩短,书写错误涂改发生率、交班缺陷率较前降低,护士对患者病情知晓率较前提升,交班质量显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士对交班报告的设计及使用等满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式电子交班报告能显著提升护士交班质量和工作效率,改善护士的工作体验,提高工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the improved electronic nursing shift report in specialized disease nursing demonstration ward.Methods From February to March 2022,according to the evaluation requirements of graded hospitals and combined with the actual situation of the department,the electronic version of the shift report was designed according to the original paper version of the shift report,and had been improved in terms of handover content,form and writing staff.The average time spent in writing the shift handover report,the incidence of writing errors,the defect rate of shift handover,the awareness rate of the responsible nurses on the patient’s condition and the nurses’satisfaction with the electronic version of the shift report were counted.Results After the implementation of the improved electronic nursing shift report,the time for nurses to write the shift report was significantly shortened compared with the time before the implementation,the nurse’s ability to grasp of the patient’s condition and the quality of the shift were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the nurses’satisfaction with the design and use of the improved electronic nursing shift report was improved than the original paper version of the shift report,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved electronic handover report can significantly improve the quality and work efficiency of nurses’handover,improve nurses’work experience and improve job satisfaction.
