摘　　要：目的了解加油站职业病危害,提出加油站职业病防护设施设计要点,为用人单位改善加油站工作环境和履行职业病防治义务提供帮助。方法运用职业卫生调查和工程分析等方法,系统地识别和分析加油站职业病危害关键控制点,依据《建设项目职业病防护设施设计专篇编制导则》(AQ/T_(4)233-2013),提出防毒、防暑、应急救援和职业病防治管理等设计要点。结果加油站产生的主要职业病危害因素为汽油和高温(夏季)。结论加油站应加强防毒、防暑、应急救援、职业卫生培训、职业健康检查等防控措施,切实从根本上减少了加油站作业工人的职业病危害接触,有效防治职业病。[Absrtact]Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases in gas stations,and to put forward the key points for the design of protective facilities for occupational diseases in gas stations,so as to provide help for employers to improve the working environment of gas stations and fulfill the obligation of occupational disease prevention.Methods The occupationaldisease-hazard key control point of gas stations were identified and analyzed systematically by means of occupational health survey and engineering analysis.According to Technical guidelines for facility design for control occupational hazards in construction project(AQ/T_(4)233-2013),the key design points of protect against poisonous gas,heatstroke prevention,emergency rescue and occupational disease prevention and management were proposed.Results The main occupational hazard factors produced by gas stations are gasoline and high temperature(summer).Conclusion Gas stations should strengthen such protective facilities as protect against poisonous gas,heatstroke prevention,emergency rescue,occupational health training,occupational medical examination and other occupational health prevention and control measures,so as to effectively reduce the exposure of workers working in gas stations to occupational hazards,effective prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.
