摘  要:目的对比全自动血球仪体液模式和改良Neubauer计数板在胸腹水细胞计数中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年11月汕头市澄海区人民医院60份胸腹水标本,按照随机数字原则分为手工组和仪器组,分别进行手工和仪器计数,手工组采用改良Neubauer计数板进行胸腹水细胞计数细胞计数,仪器组采用希森美康XN-10(B3)全自动血球仪体液模式进行胸腹水细胞计数。比较两组胸腹水细胞计数;细胞计数批内精密度;观察仪器组仪器的携带污染率。结果与手工组比较,仪器组红细胞、白细胞、多个核细胞显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组细胞总数、单个核细胞比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组批内精密度均在允许范围内,相较于手工组,仪器组精密度更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除多个核细胞外,仪器组仪器的携带污染率均较低。结论相较于改良Neubauer计数板,希森美康XN血球仪体液模式在胸腹水细胞计数中的应用效果更优,更利于对红细胞的检测,批内精密度较高,同时除多个核细胞外,仪器的携带污染率小,操作简便,具有一定的临床参考价值。Objective To compare the effect of automatic hematocrystalline body fluid model and improved Neubauer counting plate in the counting of pleural and ascites cells.Methods A total of 60 samples of pleural effusion and ascites in Shantou City Chenghai District People’s Hospital from May 2020 to November 2021 were collected and selected.According to the principle of random number,they were divided into manual group and instrument group,and counted by hand and instrument respectively.The cells in the manual group were counted by the improved Neubauer counting plate,and the cells in the instrument group were counted by the body fluid mode of Sysmex XN-10(B3)automatic blood cell meter.The cell count and intra-batch precision of cell count in hydrothorax and ascites were compared between the two groups,and the instrument carrying pollution rate of the observation instrument group was observed.Results Compared with the manual group,the red blood cells,white blood cells and multiple nuclear cells in the instrument group were significantly increased,statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the total cell number and mononuclear cells in the two groups(P>0.05).The intra batch precision of the two groups was within the allowable range,and the precision of the instrument group was better than that of the manual group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for multiple nuclear cells,the contamination rate of instruments in the instrument group was low.Conclusion Compared with the improved Neubauer counting plate,the application effect of body fluid mode of Sysmex XN blood cell meter in pleural and ascites cell counting is better,which is more conducive to the detection of red blood cells.The precision within the batch is higher,multiple nuclear cells are found out at the same time,the carrying pollution rate of the instrument is small,and has higher clinical reference value.
