摘  要:以平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司平煤一矿丁_(5)-32140综采工作面为研究背景,对该工作面的煤样开展程序升温实验,根据建立的最短自然发火期数学模型,结合程序升温实验的气体特征,计算出丁_(5)煤层的最短自然发火期。通过对丁_(5)-32140综采工作面采空区气体的现场监测,采用氧体积分数法确定出该工作面采空区自燃“三带”的具体范围。结果表明:丁_(5)-32140工作面煤层的最短自然发火期为45.9 d;该工作面采空区遗煤自燃“三带”的范围特征为:散热带0~31.2 m,氧化带31.2~117.2 m,窒息带大于117.2 m;根据氧化带范围与最短自然发火期的比值可知,丁_(5)-32140工作面防止自然发火的安全回采速度为51.6 m/月。Taking Ding_(5)-32140 fully-mechanized coal face in the No.1 coal mine of Pingdingshan Tian’an Coal Industry Co., Ltd., as the research background, the programmed heating experiment was carried out on the coal sample of this face, and the mathematic model of the shortest spontaneous combustion period was established, combined with the gas characteristics of programmed temperature experiment, the shortest spontaneous combustion period of Ding_(5)coal seam is calculated.Based on the field monitoring of the gas in the goaf of Ding_(5)-32140 fully mechanized face, the specific range of the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in the goaf is determined by the method of oxygen volume fraction.The results show that the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal seam in Ding_(5)-32140 working face is 45.9 days, and the range characteristics of the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf of this working face are: 0~31.2 m in radiative zone, 31.2~117.2 m in oxidation zone, the asphyxiation zone is larger than 117.2 m, and according to the ratio of the range of the oxidation zone to the shortest spontaneous combustion period, the safe mining speed to prevent spontaneous combustion in Ding_(5)-32140 working face is 51.6 m/month.
