摘  要:针对斜沟煤矿16500工作面生产期间H_(2)S涌出量较大,严重影响安全生产,结合工作面H_(2)S涌出规律,实施煤层注NaHCO_(3)溶液措施,并对治理效果进行分析。结合工作面开采速度以及H_(2)S涌出规律,对注NaHCO_(3)参数计算公式进行研究。现场实践结果证明:注NaHCO_(3)时间达到3 d之后,注NaHCO_(3)钻孔6 m半径之内H_(2)S浓度下降0.001%~0.003%,离工作面距离25~57 m时,注NaHCO_(3)溶液流量保持相对平稳,煤层实施注NaHCO_(3)溶液措施后可明显减少H_(2)S涌出量,治理效果良好。In view of the large amount of H_(2)S gushing during the production of 16500 working face in Xiegou Coal Mine, which seriously affects the safety production, combined with the law of H_(2)S gushing in working face, the measures of injecting NaHCO_(3)solution into coal seam are implemented, and the effect of governance is analyzed.The calculation formula of NaHCO_(3)injection parameters is studied according to the mining speed and the rule of H_(2)S emission.The results of field practice show that after injection of NaHCO_(3)for 3 days, the concentration of H_(2)S decreases by 0.001%~0.003% within 6 m radius of the borehole, the flow rate of NaHCO_(3)solution is relatively stable when the distance from the working face is 25~57 m.The measure of injecting NaHCO_(3)solution can obviously reduce H_(2)S emission in coal seam, and the treatment effect is good.
