摘  要:[目的 /意义]选取共生理论为逻辑起点,分析图书馆情报学教育与图书馆信息职业之间的共生单元、共生模式以及共生环境,提出相应的优化对策,以促进两者高效协同发展。[方法 /过程]以于良芝教授2016年出版的《图书馆情报学概论》中对于图书馆情报学与图书馆信息职业未来的分析为基础,以图书馆信息职业具有持久发展的正当性为依据,探讨图书馆情报学教育与图书馆信息职业的协同发展对策。[结果 /结论 ]提出扩大共生单元的契合度、发挥共生环境外驱力作用、促进互惠一体化共生模式三种协同发展对策。[Purpose/significance]Taking symbiosis theory as the logical starting point,this paper analyzes the symbiotic unit,symbiotic mode and symbiotic environment between library and information science education and library and information profession,and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures,so as to promote the establishment of a symbiotic relationship of collaborative and efficient development between them.[Method/process]Based on the analysis of the future of library and information science and library and information career in the book Introduction to Library and Information Science published by Professor Yu Liangzhi in 2016,and based on the legitimacy of the sustainable development of library information profession,it probes into the coordinated development countermeasures of library and information science education and library and information profession.[Result/conclusion]This paper puts forward three coordinated development countermeasures:expanding the fit degree of the symbiotic unit,giving full play to the external driving force of the symbiotic environment and promoting the symbiotic model of mutual benefit integration.
