系统论视域下基于阅读疗法的个人心理健康信息管理研究

摘　　要：[目的 /意义]本研究旨在对个人心理健康问题及其背后成因进行在线自动检测和分析,并在此基础上,实现个人心理健康状况的自动检测、心理健康信息的永久保存和随时检索的科学管理。[方法 /过程]在系统论视域下提出个人心理健康信息管理的理论、方法和制度,构建七位一体的科学管理体系;系统根据用户在线填写的各类量表的结果进行自动分析计算,获取用户的心理健康状况、心理问题及背后成因,并进行关联存储;设计阅疗诊断模块根据检测结果开具精准配套书方,并实证书方的有效性。[结果 /结论 ]构建的理论方法体系能够实现个人心理问题与成因的多层次自动及早发现、心理行为问题的全方位精准及时干预、心理健康信息的立体化动态实时管理;适用于对各特征人群个人心理问题的预防、检测、治疗、康复和管理,能够实现宽领域远程广泛应用。[Purpose/significance]The purpose of the study is to realize online automatic detection of personal mental health level,problem symptoms and underlying causes;and to timely detect and early treat the psychological problems,to improve intervention effect and efficiency,strengthen privacy protection,reduce costs,and improve users’willingness to participate,so as to finally realize automatic detection of personal mental health.[Method/process]From the perspective of system theory,this paper puts forward the theory,method and rules of personal mental health information(PMHIM),and constructs a seven-in-one scientific management system.The results of various scales filled in by users online are automatically analyzed and calculated.Further,the users’mental health status,psychological problems and underlying causes are obtained and stored in association.The prescription of books is made up by reading therapy modules according to the problems and the underlying causes.The test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the study.[Result/conclusion]The theory and method system constructed in this paper can realize the multi-level automatic early detection of individual psychological problems and causes,all-round accurate and timely intervention of psychological behavior problems,and three-dimensional dynamic real-time management of mental health information.It is also suitable for the prevention,detection,treatment,rehabilitation and management of individual psychological problems of various characteristic groups,and for wide-ranging remote application.
