摘 要:为防治小麦的真菌病害,杀菌剂类农药被大量使用,这极大地危害了小麦的食用安全,因此,建立小麦中杀菌剂残留量的检测方法,对于了解小麦中农药残留情况、保障粮食安全意义重大。本文着重介绍了固相萃取、QuEChERS、凝胶渗透色谱和分子印迹等前处理方法及其在小麦中杀菌剂残留检测的研究现状,并对其在实际应用中发现的问题进行了归纳整理,提出了对提取和净化两个阶段优化的思路,旨在为小麦中杀菌剂残留检测技术的进一步研究提供参考。In order to prevent and control the fungal disease of wheat, fungicide pesticides are widely used, which greatly harms the food safety of wheat. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish the detection method of fungicide residues in wheat for understanding the pesticide residues in wheat and ensuring food safety. In this paper, the pretreatment methods such as solid-phase extraction, QuEChERS, gel permeation chromatography and molecular imprinting and their research status in the detection of fungicide residues in wheat are emphatically introduced, and the problems found in their practical application are summarized. The idea of optimizing the extraction and purification stages is proposed, aiming at providing reference for the further research of the detection technology of fungicide residues in wheat.
