摘　　要：近几十年,水权交易和水市场在许多国家得到开展,成为破解水资源短缺瓶颈和地下水超采的有效途径和措施,为水资源优化配置和可持续利用提供了有力支撑。通过分析美国和澳大利亚地下水交易实践,为我国水权水市场健康发展和地下水资源可持续利用提供启示和借鉴。In the past several decades,water rights trading and the market has been adopted in many countries as an effective tool to deal with the bottleneck brought by water shortage and groundwater over-abstraction,and provided great support to optimize water allocation and sustainable utilization of water resources.With a review of groundwater trading in the United States and Australia,it provides valuable insights for the healthy development of the water market and sustainable utilization of groundwater resources in China.
