改良倒L法内眦赘皮矫正术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的在倒L法内眦赘皮矫正术的基础上,探求一种术后瘢痕更为隐藏、外形美观的矫正内眦赘皮术式。方法自2017年12月至2021年12月,贵州省人民医院整形外科对193例内眦赘皮患者采用改良倒L法矫正内眦赘皮。结果193例患者术后均一期愈合,所有患者术后获随访12个月,3例内眦赘皮矫正不足,2例矫正过度,其余患者均满意,内眦角形态自然,瘢痕不明显。结论采用改良倒L法矫正内眦赘皮,设计简易,瘢痕不明显,术后满意度较高。Objective Based on the correction of epicanthus by modified L-type procedure,a new method for epicanthoplasty with hidden scar and beautiful appearance was explored.Methods From December 2017 to December 2021,the modified L-type procedure was performed in 193 patients with epicanthus.Results All patients healed by first intension.All patients were followed-up for12 months.There were 3 cases of under-correction and 2 cases of over-correction.The remaining patients were satisfied with the results.The appearance was natural and the scar was concealed.Conclusion The modified L-type procedure for epicanthoplasty is characterized by simple and clear design,hidden scar and high postoperative satisfaction.
