惠州某项目地基基础方案分析

摘　　要：基础作为建筑关键部分,基础的选型对建筑物的安全性有着十分重要的影响。以惠州某项目为背景,根据综合勘查手段以及设计提供的建筑物、构筑物概况和平面图中各类建筑物、构筑物的设计室外地坪标高数据情况,对建筑物及构筑物的基础形式进行分析,最终给出该项目拟建建筑的基础选型建议,该项目不宜采用天然地基基础,应进行地基处理或采用复合地基基础及桩基础等基础方案,可选择旋挖/钻(冲)孔灌注桩用作本场地桩基础选型,基坑坑内的积水采用集水明排或设置降水井的方式进行处理,并对基坑的支护形式给出建议。为类似工程提供借鉴与参考。The foundation is a key part of the building,and the selection of the foundation has a very important impact on the safety of the building.Taking a project in Huizhou as the background,analyzes the basic form of buildings and structures according to the comprehensive survey methods and the general survey of buildings and structures provided by the design,as well as the designed outdoor floor elevation data of various buildings and structures in the floor plan.Finally,the proposal for the foundation selection of the proposed building in the project is given.The project should not use natural foundation,but should carry out foundation treatment or adopt foundation schemes such as composite foundation and pile foundation.For the selection of the pile foundation of this site,the accumulated water in the foundation pit shall be treated by collecting water and setting up a dewatering well,and the support form of the foundation pit is given.Provide reference and reference for similar projects.
