摘 要:为确保在高压缩性和易触变淤泥层中搅拌桩施工质量,通过对搅拌桩不同水泥掺量进行试验,通过轻型动力触探试验、单桩竖向抗压承载力、复合地基承载力以及抽芯检测等4项检测手段,对试验桩进行检测。并对检测结果进行分析,采用常规搅拌桩工艺抽芯、单桩竖向抗压承载力检测合格率较低,改进钻头后抽芯、单桩竖向抗压承载力可满足设计要求。同时水泥充分水化可提高单桩竖向抗压承载力检测合格率。In order to ensure the high compressibility and thixotropic mud layer mixing pile construction quality,in does not carry on cement mixing pile test,through the light dynamic penetration test Compressive bearing capacity of single pile vertical bearing capacity of composite foundation and the core pulling test four tests,the test pile testing And analysis of test results,the use of conventional mixing pile core-pulling process The passing rate of vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile is low.The vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile can meet the design requirements after core pulling by improved drill bit,and the passing rate of vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile can be increased by fully hydration of cement.
