摘 要:基于专利数据识别并分析我国IC产业核心技术对攻克相关领域的“卡脖子”难题及产业战略发展具有重大意义。针对目前学界对核心技术识别的研究,文章归纳已有方法存在的局限性,根据Page Rank算法,提出基于技术共现网络的Patent Rank算法识别我国IC产业核心技术,并以度中心性指标为参考,对识别结果进行一致性和差异性检验分析,验证了改进算法的有效性和突出优势。最后,提出相对技术指标RTAI,分析各核心技术所处的优势地位情况,以期对我国IC产业发展和技术布局提出相应建议。Identifying and analyzing the core technologies of China’s IC industry based on patent data is of great significance for overcoming the “bottleneck” problem in related fields and for the development of industrial strategies. In view of the current academic research on core technology identification, this paper summarizes the limitations of existing methods. According to PageRank algorithm, PatentRank algorithm based on technology co-occurrence network is proposed to identify the core technologies of China’s IC industry. With the degree centrality index as a reference, consistency and difference test and analysis of the identification results are carried out to verify the effectiveness and outstanding advantages of the improved algorithm. Finally, the relative technical index RTAI is proposed to analyze the dominant position of each core technology, with a view to putting forward corresponding suggestions for the development of China’s IC industry and technology layout.
