深港两地建设工程招标投标模式比较探索

摘　　要：建设工程招标投标制度作为我国市场经济体制下的一项工程管理制度,秉承择优竞争原则,有利于促进市场化合理报价,对控制工程造价具有重要意义。文章选取深圳、香港两大城市作为研究对象,对比分析两地建设工程招标投标制度,提出深圳建设工程招投标管理的一些优化建议。As a project management system under China’s market economy system, the construction project bidding system adheres to the principle of selective competition, which is conducive to promoting the market-oriented reasonable quotation and has great significance for controlling the project cost. This paper selects Shenzhen and Hong Kong as the research objects, compares and analyzes the bidding and tendering system of construction projects in the two cities, and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of bidding management of construction projects in Shenzhen.
